Elevation Burger recently signed two new franchising deals in the cities of Wyomissing, Penn., and Houston. With 39 stores in operation, the company is expanding worldwide with the help of franchise development partner Fransmart, which has developed territories across the United States and the Middle East, according to a company press release.
Wyomissing franchisees Gary and Sue Binasiewicz were introduced to the concept by a friend and loved the green, environmentally friendly theme of the restaurants.
The Binasiewiczs, who are hoping to secure a shopping center site for their location, are small business owners, who both have experience in the restaurant industry serving in various roles. Their other business, a carpet cleaning business based out of Reading, Pa., is also known for taking steps toward being environmentally responsible.
United Food Concepts, the franchisee that will be developing three units in the Houston area, is a multi-unit operator of varied businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
