Einstein Noah taking business opps mobile

March 13, 2014

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc., parent company of Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah's New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel, has adopted MicroStrategy as its enterprise analytics standard, according to a company press release.

The group said an expansion of MicroStrategy licenses will allow it to rapidly deploy and extend its mobile application that provides store-level information to its management team. The focus will be on migrating from traditional grid reports to delivering similar information in a highly visual and interactive manner to generate rapid insight into operational performance at the store, region, and brand level, according to the release.

Additionally, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group is using MicroStrategy Mobile to monitor restaurant evaluation information from customer surveys providing feedback regarding customer satisfaction. Tracking sales and cost information for each individual store will be combined with customer service ratings, providing company leadership a more detailed view of store and staff performance. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group selected MicroStrategy for its platform's ease of use, self-service analytics, scalability and mobile leadership, the release said.

"In our opinion, MicroStrategy is the most complete business intelligence solution available, including data warehousing technology, reporting, analytics and mobility," said Dan Cunningham, SVP of Information Technology at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. "In 2013, we launched a new BI project leveraging MicroStrategy that enabled our ability to migrate from Excel based reporting to a user-friendly mobile application. Our new mobile application has been incredibly well received, and we look forward to further development and enhancements."
