Einstein Noah debuts salmon, breakfast sandwiches

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group has introduced a new Honey Smoked Salmon sandwich to kick off the Lenten season. The new Honey Smoked Salmon joins the signature Nova Lox sandwich which has become a guest favorite at Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah's New York Bagels restaurants nationwide, according to a company press release, and is served on a fresh-baked bagel and topped with a tomato cucumber relish and spread of double whipped onion and chive shmear.

"Our Honey Smoked Salmon Sandwich provides our guests with a healthy and delicious option for a wholesome meal on the go," said Glenn Lunde, chief concept officer for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. "This product is part of our ongoing strategy to innovate with premium ingredients that provide our guests with attractive alternatives to fast food for both breakfast and lunch."

Einstein Noah invites guests to come into participating locations nationwide and try its new Honey Smoked Salmon Sandwich with a buy-one-get-one-free offer. Guests can visit Einstein Bros Bagels or Noah's New York Bagels website to download a coupon to print or present on their mobile device at participating restaurants, according to the release.

New breakfast sandwiches added

The chain has also added two breakfast bagel sandwiches, the Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Sandwich, and the Santa Fe Turkey-Sausage Egg Sandwich, according to the release.

The Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Sandwich combines fluffy eggs made with a new mix of seasonings along with 85 percent thicker Applewood bacon and melted cheddar cheese on the guest's choice of fresh-baked bagel.

The Santa Fe Turkey-Sausage Egg Sandwich features seasoned eggs, Einstein Noah's signature turkey sausage and melted pepper jack cheese, topped with double-whipped jalapeño salsa shmear on a fresh-baked bagel.

Guests may buy one breakfast sandwich and get a second one free on April 23. This special social media promotion allows guests to download a coupon from Einstein Bros. or Noah's website or Facebook site to participate.
