Einstein continues Las Vegas expansion

HENDERSON, Nev. —Einstein Noah Restaurant Group will open its 11th location in the Las Vegas market, the company has announced.
The grand opening takes place Aug. 11-12. During the two-day event, guests will be able to sample Einstein Bros. bagels and other menu items, as well as the new Bros. Blenders, and Aidells Sausages, available in Einstein Bros. Bagel Dogs.
Featuring 2,864-square-feet, the new restaurant will seat up to 64 guests.
