Einstein Bros. opens fifth Illinois location

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Einstein Bros. Bagels opened its fifth Illinois location on Dec. 29 in Schaumburg.

The restaurant spans nearly 3,000 square feet, seats up to 50 guests and also has a patio that seats up to 20.

"We are thrilled to offer a restaurant that will impress new and longtime Einstein Bros. fans with distinctive menu options and a vibrant dining environment," said Ron Sacks, senior vice president of operations for Einstein Bros. "When guests sit down to eat Einstein Bros.' food, we want them to taste our innovation. We want them to experience the 'wow factor' with each bite."
