Einstein Bros. opens at UT

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Einstein Bros. Bagels recently opened its newest location, which is on the University of Tennessee campus.

Einstein Bros. offers bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee, salads, sweets and sandwiches.

The restaurant became the 68th Einstein Bros. currently open on a college campus. It is the 15th licensed location to open so far this year. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group plans to open 30 to 40 licensed locations in 2007, according to a news release.
