Einstein Bros launching new store design

Einstein Bros. Bagels is rolling out a new store design, "Elevate the Morning," aimed at upgrading the customer experience and accelerating nationwide growth. Debuting this year in Ohio, Utah, Georgia and Nevada, the design focuses on creating a more inviting and seamless experience for guests and includes prominent placement of the fresh-baked bagel case, said Adam Modzel, chief operations officer.
"They want fresh, flavorful food in an environment that feels welcoming and easy to navigate, whether they're dining in or picking up on the go," he said in a company press release. "This design brings that to life, elevating the overall experience to match the quality of our fresh-baked bagels."
Einstein Bros. Bagels is planning to open over 100 bakeries next year, featuring the "Elevate the Morning" design. Cincinnati will serve as an innovation hub, so select Einstein Bros. Bagels and former Bruegger's Bagels locations in the area will be remodeled this fall to pilot the design elements and operational improvements before the national expansion.
With over 700 locations nationwide, the brand continues to expand in both suburban and metropolitan markets, focusing on serving fresh-baked bagels, premium breakfast sandwiches and a streamlined experience for today's busy mornings.
