Baker Katz, a Houston-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, has executed seven commercial leases on behalf of Einstein Bros. Bagels, strengthening the fast casual chain's growing footprint across the greater Houston area.
The seven leases total nearly 14,000 square feet of space, with each restaurant averaging 2,000 square feet.
"It's a privilege to support Einstein Bros. Bagels as the brand focuses on growing their presence across the greater Houston market," Lunden McGill, a broker at Baker Katz, said in a company press release. "We're confident that securing these new leases will help Einstein Bros. Bagels continue to thrive."
The Baker Katz brokerage team, which included McGill, John Frazier and Kennedi Vaughan, secured all seven leases.
Baker Katz specializes in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing. Einstein Bros. Bagels is part of Panera Brands, which also includes Panera Bread and Caribou Coffee.
