Einstein Bros. Bagels signs Calif. development deal

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. has announced the signing of a multiunit development agreement with Addicting Food Concepts Operators Inc. to franchise Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurants in Orange County, Calif.

The company plans to open five Einstein Bros. restaurants within the next five years in southern Orange County. The first location is slated to open by March 2010.

The Einstein Bros. menu features bagels and shmear varieties, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee and specialty coffee drinks, soups, salads, baked goods and desserts.
