Fatz has partnered with ONEHOPE Wine, a charitable organization that has raised more than $750,000 for various organizations since 2007. The organization will donate a percentage of the profits from wine purchased at any of the 48 FATZ restaurants to autism, breast cancer and military assistance.
"Community involvement is the very cornerstone of the FATZ philosophy," said Cafe Enterprises Inc. CEO, Jim Balis. "We are always exploring ways to assist the local community and ONEHOPE was an obvious choice."
FATZ will feature ONEHOPE wine selections that include chardonnay, cabernet and zinfandel. For every four cases of cabernet sold, ONEHOPE will provide an hour of ABA therapy for an autistic child in need. For every eight cases of chardonnay sold, ONEHOPE will provide a mammogram for a woman in need. And for every six cases of zinfandel sold, ONEHOPE will send a military child to Snowball Express, a charitable organization dedicated to bringing together families of fallen soldiers.
