Dog Haus enters 15th year with record development pipeline

Dog Haus is marking its 15th anniversary with its largest expansion slate to date, following a record-breaking 2025 that saw triple-digit growth in limited-time offer performance and significant international expansion.

The Pasadena-based craft-casual concept enters 2026 with a development pipeline that includes a 50-unit agreement in the Midwest and multi-unit deals across Florida, Arkansas and Ohio. The brand also recently secured its first international area development agreement in Mexico, building on recent pop-up success in Saudi Arabia.

"2025 was our best year yet, and 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting and transformative years in Dog Haus' proud history," CEO Michael Montagano said in a company press release. "By aligning with experienced franchise partners and prioritizing high-potential markets, we're building toward long-term success while staying true to what makes our brand special."

The upcoming year will see the brand enter several new territories, including Kentucky and Arkansas. This spring, Dog Haus will make its debut in Puerto Rico through a partnership with board member and franchise owner Jake Paul.

Culinary comentum and 'New-stalgia'

Culinary innovation remains the brand's primary traffic driver. A 2025 collaboration with Chef Josh Elkin resulted in limited-time offerings that outperformed previous-year specials by nearly 50%. These items included the Hot-N-Ranchy Corndog and the Betr Burger.

To celebrate its 15-year milestone, Dog Haus is launching a "new-stalgia" campaign. The theme will influence upcoming menu items and beverage programs, drawing inspiration from the pop-culture flavors of past decades.

Growth strategy

Founded in 2010 by Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and André Vener, Dog Haus has grown from a single Pasadena storefront to more than 50 locations nationwide. The brand has carved out a niche in the "craft-casual" segment by pairing hormone- and antibiotic-free meats with signature King's Hawaiian rolls.

"With a growing national and international footprint and a proven development pipeline, Dog Haus is entering 2026 with a clear runway for franchise partners," Montagano said.
