Diversified Restaurant Holdings begins trading

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Diversified Restaurant Holdings Inc., a franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings and creator and owner of the Bagger Dave's Legendary Burgers and Fries concept, has completed its initial public offering and is now trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol DFRH. Diversified Restaurant Holdings operates 14 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants; five in Florida and nine in Michigan. The company also owns and operates two Bagger Dave's Legendary Burgers and Fries locations, in Berkley, Mich., and Ann Arbor, Mich.
