Dig launches Philly location

Dig, a fast casual that operates dozens of New York City stores as well as locations in Boston, is now open for business in Philadelphia.

The veggie-focused 9-year-old brand launched a restaurant at 1616 Chestnut St. on Jan. 7, according to a Philly Voice report.

Anthony Gargano is chef de cuisine, along with Lenin Tello, and Josh Jastrzembski is chef operator at the Rittenhouse location, according to the report.
