Dig Inn digs into first suburban location

Dig Inn, a healthy fast casual concept known for its melting broth, has opened its first New York suburban location in Rye Brook's Rye Ridge Plaza, according to a release.

The unit will feature Dig Inn's new menu items, including a deli bar, kid's meals and vegetable charcuterie. The location was designed in partnership with ASH NYC, according to the release.
