Dickey's opens units in Texas, Nebraska

The openings will be marked with gift card and merchandise giveaways, and pulled pork barbecue sandwiches offered for $2 each.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit announced the opening of new units in Houston and in York, Nebraska.

The new units will open on Sept. 25.

The Houston restaurant, owned by Wendy Ridpath, is located in the Copperfield area at 6184 Highway 6 North.

The York, Nebraska, restaurant, owned by Shannon Legg, is located at 3525 South Lincoln Avenue.

The openings will be marked with gift card and merchandise giveaways, and pulled pork barbecue sandwiches will be offered for $2 each.
