Dickey's opens restaurants in Washington, Minnesota

The openings will include gift card giveaways, $2 pulled pork sandwiches, merchandise giveaways and more.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit announced that two new restaurants will open Oct. 30, one in Washington and one in Minnesota. Locations include:

• At 27149 185th Avenue Suite 113 in Covington, Washington. The new location is owned by Gary and Megan Depping, who also own another Dickey's restaurant in Auburn.
• At 4960 Miller Trunk Highway 53 in Hermantown, Minnesota. The new location is owned by mother and son team, Landon Wiser and Sharon Wiser.
