Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is opening three locations in three states this week, starting with today’s opening in Mobile, Alabama. The brand's chairman, Roland Dickey Sr., is attending the grand opening party to celebrate and share his family recipes with 150 copies of his cookbook, according to a company press release.

The other units opening this week are in Louisville, Kentucky, at 9900 Linn Station Road and Easton, Pennsylvania in the Park Plaza at Sullivan Trail at 1800 Sullivan Trail.
