Dickey's Barbecue Pit is opening three units today and is hosting a three-day Barbecue Bonanza at each one, according to a company press release.

The units are in Victorville and Corona, California, and North Little Rock, Arkansas. Each opens today by giving the first 50 guests gift cards ranging from $5 to $50.

"Spring is the perfect time for barbecue," said Roland Dickey Jr., CEO of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants Inc. "I'm looking forward to the success of Tim Zhou as he brings Dickey's Barbecue to the Victorville community."

Friday's events include merchandise giveaways, and local radio stations will do remotes on Saturday, where one winner at each location will receive a $500-gift card and three customers will win free barbecue for an entire year. Guests can also grab $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches during the event.
