Dickey's is revving up menu with Racetrack Sandwich

Dickey's Barbecue customers will be able to order the chain's new Racetrack Sandwich July through September, said Roland Dickey Jr., president and CEO of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants. "The combination of brisket and pork topped with creamy coleslaw is a hearty addition to our summer menu."

Dickey's Racetrack Sandwich features tender beef brisket and slow-smoked pulled pork topped with tangy barbecue sauce and creamy coleslaw, all featured on Dickey's new signature bread.

Customers can order a Racetrack Sandwich combo that includes a Dickey's home style side item and Big Yellow Cup of soda or Miss Ollie's ice tea.
