Dickey's hires on international sales leader

Dickey's Barbecue Pit has hired Jim Perkins as its first vice president of international sales.

Perkins has most recently worked with MAM Food Co., a Dubai, United Arab Emirates company as well as Papa Murphy’s, according to a press release.

"This year, we opened our first intentional location in Abu Dhabi and made plans to open restaurants throughout Canada," said CEO Laura Rea Dickey in the release. "It is a very exciting time for the Dickey’s brand and we look forward to the success Jim and his team will bring us in continuing our international expansion."
