Dickey's brings BBQ to Lake Charles

Dickey's Barbecue Pits opened a location this week in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and has a month of specials to announce the event to the world.  
For example, customers may win a free a year barbecue for posting on the brand's social media pages using the hashtag, #1FreeYearofBBQ. They may also enter by ordering online or registering for the restaurant's Big Yellow Cup Club. 

On Friday, the location will also offer all first responders half-off their orders.  

"The Dickey family congratulates (site franchisee) Rob Ray on opening his first Dickey's Barbecue Pit," said Dickey's CEO Roland Dickey Jr. "Dickey's is growing rapidly in the nation, and we are proud to continue to expand in Louisiana and have the opportunity to serve the people of the Lake Charles community delicious, Texas-style barbecue."
