Dickey's Barbecue adds seven units in a week

Dickey's Barbecue has added seven new locations in areas across the country this week.

According to a news release, the new units are in Kent, Wash.; Richland, Miss.; Vienna, Va.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Clinton Township, Mich.; Yonkers, N.Y.; and Dallas.

"The excitement surrounding our brand is picking up speed around the country," said Roland Dickey Jr., president and CEO. "Fast casual Texas barbecue is a unique value proposition that both guests and franchise owners have embraced."

At each grand opening, Dickey's Barbecue Pit is hosting a three-day celebration with gift card giveaways, free merchandise and $2 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue Sandwiches. Each location will also hold a drawing for a $500 gift card.
