Detroit Wing Company doubling footprint

Detroit Wing Company, which has nearly 20 locations in Michigan, has opened a store at 1831 Gratiot Ave., in Roseville, Michigan. Operated by first-time DWC franchisees Chrissy and Emmanuel Peratsakis, the restaurant kicks off the chain's plans to double its footprint.

"We continue to enjoy incredible growth in the Tri-County area, and we identified Roseville as a natural fit for a location-based on strong customer feedback and support that we've received in neighboring communities," Gus Malliaras, founder of Detroit Wing Company, said in a company press release. "This new location allows us to cater to more of the great people in Macomb County."

Founded in 2015, Detroit Wing Company offers 20 sauces for wings and tenders.
