MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes opened its first Denver location today at 1390 South Colorado Blvd., Suite #900. As the first MOOYAH restaurant in Denver, the brand hopes to become a Denver staple, bringing a delicious dining experience to families, friends and neighbors, according to a company press release. This opening marks the brand's second restaurant in Colorado, which will be spearheaded by husband-and-wife team, Jaime and Ileana Vasquez.
"Coming hot on the heels of our recent national expansion, we are very excited to provide a better, customizable burger concept to Denver and we're very fortunate to be working with great partners who have such a depth of business experience like Jaime and Ileana," said Michael Mabry, VP of Operations and Franchise Development for MOOYAH. "Our franchisees are the driving force behind our success and we're committed to expanding to new territories while providing the highest quality food and experience to our guests in Denver."
Denver is the fast casual dining capital of America, Jaime Vasquez said.
"Many interesting and exciting franchise concepts find success here because the market is vibrant and thrives on new innovative dining concepts," he said. "In addition to Colorado residents embracing the fast casual dining culture, MOOYAH will resonate well with the community because our menu caters to both beef eaters as well as more health-conscious guests who might be interested in our veggie and turkey burger options."
