Dave’s Hot Chicken using AI to maximize 3rd party delivery profitability

Los Angeles-based Dave's Hot Chicken has tapped LoopAI, a SaaS provider specializing in maximizing third-party delivery profitability for restaurants, to help manage financial reconciliation and provide bookkeeping automation, real-time store availability management and performance metrics optimization.
"Off-premise continues to grow, and we want to ensure we're positioning ourselves to maximize its profitability," Jim Bitticks, Dave's Hot Chicken's president and COO, said in a company press release. "LoopAI's technology allows us to monitor and manage our 3D platforms. Most importantly, it helps make our franchisees more profitable."

Dave's Hot Chicken has sold the rights to over 700 franchise locations in the U.S., Middle East and Canada and will open 70-plus locations this year.
