Dave's Hot Chicken selects Revel Enterprise's enterprise solution

Dave's Hot Chicken, a fast casual founded in East Hollywood, has partnered with Revel Systems, a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform provider, to install its Enterprise package of solutions at its locations.

The package includes mobile ordering, synchronized kitchen display, drive-thru POS solution and an open API to integrate with the POS, according to a press release.

The fast casual has installed the package at multiple locations, with plans to roll out to hundreds of locations.

"In the first quarter of 2021 alone, our newly signed franchisees have expanded our footprint to over 400+ locations and we had an acute need for a technology partner that could quickly deploy an easy-to-use and efficient POS platform to help streamline our business," James McGehee, CFO, Dave's Hot Chicken, said in the release. "Revel Enterprise has already shown its value in several of our new locations by driving revenue and improving overall productivity as evidenced by Las Vegas' opening numbers while operating three distinct production lines; drive thru, online & delivery, as well as a walk-in."

Dave's was also able to integrate several of its third party software programs with Enterprise including Restaurant Analytics Defined, Restaurant 365, Olo and Harri, according to the release.
