Dave's Hot Chicken adding 10th LA restaurant

Dave's Hot Chicken is adding a 10th location in Los Angeles, where the fast casual chain was created in 2017. Located in the Ladera Heights neighborhood at 5301 Centinela Ave., the restaurant is celebrating its grand opening Friday and is part of the company's nationwide expansion planned over the next three years, according to a company press release.

The Ladera Heights location features graphics inspired by the founders' travels abroad and brought to life by LA-area artists.

"Our founders started Dave's as a parking lot pop-up restaurant in Hollywood with a portable fryer and picnic tables from their backyards just three short years ago," Bill Phelps, Dave's Hot Chicken's CEO, said in the release. "We are ecstatic to be opening our newest location in Ladera Heights."
