Dave's Hot Chicken deploys BOH technology to streamline operations

Dave's Hot Chicken is deploying QSR Automations' ConnectSmart Kitchen across its nearly 275 locations. As the Los Angeles-based chain strives to hit 1,000 locations, the back-of-house kitchen display solution designed to improve kitchen workflow and communication, will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency, increasing productivity, enhancing food quality and improving guest experience, said Leon Davoyan, chief technology officer, Dave's Hot Chicken.

"QSR Automations offers the scalability and reliability we need to maintain our brand's high standards across hundreds of locations," he said in a company press release. "This partnership will be instrumental in helping us achieve our expansion goals while ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for our guests."

QSR Automations CEO Angela Leet said partnering with Dave's Hot Chicken during its expansion will allow her team to demonstrate the capabilities of the ConnectSmart Kitchen solutions.
