California-based Daddy's Chicken Shack has made two changes to its leadership team. Tony Adams, who previously served as VP and chief of Staff for the chain's parent company, Area 15 Ventures, will serve as president. Dave Liniger Jr., who owns Area 15 Ventures, will transition from president to CEO. He is also co-founder and chairman of global franchise RE/MAX, and will continue to serve as chairman of the Daddy's Chicken Shack.
"I'm thrilled to be taking on a new position with Daddy's as the brand continues to grow and be recognized as a category disruptor," Liniger said in a company press release. "Our regional development program has enabled us to drive widespread growth, and now as we look toward our robust pipeline of future openings, we are in a fantastic position to take this brand to new heights."
The focus of the Daddy's Chicken Shack executive team is driving growth through new and existing territories, while also supporting franchisees as they prepare to open locations across the country, Liniger said.
The chain has 100 locations in development.
