Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars has transformed its London Soho store into a 100 percent plant-based strategy for the month of January in a quest to see how consumers respond to a complete vegan experience.
The vegan store is part of the brand's 'Powered by Plants' campaign, according to a press release, and offers over 70 vegan recipes including a vegan feta "cheese." The campaign also includes the launch of eight new vegan products across all Crussh locations.
"Crussh aims to highlight how plant-based food can be simple and really delicious, encouraging people to think about their meat intake and consider reducing it in a way that works for them," stated the release.
Crussh, which operates 35 stores across London, was first to introduce dairy-free porridge to the high street, launched back in early 2000s, and, most recently, was the first launch a vegan "cheese" toastie, in January 2018.
