Cross-country expansion continues for Dickey's

Last month, John Thomson, a Dickey's Barbecue multiunit franchise owner, opened his 12th Dickey's location and this week he opened his 13th in Sandy, Utah.

"I'm passionate about our food and am proud to be a part of this fast growing brand," said Thomson, who recently became the Area Developer for Utah and Colorado and currently has seven stores in development in those states and in Idaho, including Logan, Denver, Aurora Pocatello, and Twin Falls.

The new Dickey's Barbecue in Sandy, Utah is located at 9228 S. Village Shop Drive.

Other franchisees have also been busy opening new Dickey's units in areas such as Ventura and Temecula, Calif., and Germantown, Md.
