CREAM, a San Francisco-based fast casual dessert franchise specializing in ice cream sandwiches and other confections, has inked a franchise deal for 13 new locations to various parts of Northern California, including Fairfield, Vacaville, Marin County, Chico, Santa Cruz and Napa, among others.

Brothers Money and Adam Sangha, their brother-in-law Jesse Kalkat and childhood friend Faraz Mahmood, who possess more than 100 years of combined experience with such brands as Papa Murphy's, Quiznos, Quality Inn and Jack In The Box, signed on to the 13-unit deal, the announcement said.
