Las Vegas-based Crazy Pita Rotisserie & Grill, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant with a Moroccan-themed menu, has rolled out a national franchise program and is seeking qualified small business entrepreneurs interested in single and multi-unit franchise agreements, according to a company press release.

"For me there hasn't been any better time to expand Crazy Pita for a number of reasons that check all the boxes for any entrepreneur looking to invest in our concept," Mehdi Zarhloul, founder, told Fast Casual. They include:

  • A proven business model that weathered many storms through out the last 15 years of business. "We proved it during the 2008 recession and the 2020 pandemic," Zarhloul said. The chain offers curbside pick up, online ordering, QR Codes, digital presence and technology integration.
  • New or existing franchisees have access to capital now more than ever at historically low interest rates. Low investment, higher profits.
  • Higher unemployment levels has provided Crazy Pita with staffing opportunities. "Our franchise team has many years of experience in the field and is available to our franchisees as one of the support tools we provide," Zarhloul said.
  • Demand for Mediterranean food is increasing because of it's healthy and tasty offerings. "Our unique identity set us apart and at an advantage to locate real estate with less competition," Zarhloul said.
  • Consistency in food and uncompromising service.

Launched in 2006, Crazy Pita has three locations in Southern Nevada and a fourth under construction in the South West Rainbow corridor.
