Craveworthy Brands, the parent company of Wing It On, The Budlong, Krafted Burger + Tap, Genghis Grill, BD's Mongolian Grill and Flat Top Grill, has hired former FAT Brands exec Warwick McLaren as its VP of digital technology.
"Warwick's accomplishments in merging technology and marketing within the food and beverage industry is unmatched," Gregg Majewski, CEO and founder of Craveworthy Brands, said in a company press release. "His track record of transforming digital landscapes and creating seamless synergies between tech and marketing is impressive. As we embark on the next phase, Warwick's vision and leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological evolution and driving enhanced experiences for our customers, franchisees and their teams."
McLaren's background is marked by his role as VP of Omni Channel Marketing at Global Franchise Group, the parent company of several restaurant brands before it was sold to FAT Brands in 2021. After the $441 million acquisition, he became VP of Digital Marketing for FAT Brands, where he steered the umbrella company's digital transformation and cemented its position as an industry frontrunner, according to the release.
