Craveworthy Brands, Jon Taffer partner to expand Taffer's Tavern

Craveworthy Brands, a multi-restaurant platform company, and Taffer's Tavern, a full-service pub franchise founded by "Bar Rescue" host Jon Taffer, are partnering to boost growth and enhance the brand's presence nationwide.

The collaboration aims to combine Craveworthy's expertise in restaurant growth with Taffer's market presence to advance operations and the franchise program for Taffer's Tavern. The full-service concept now joins Craveworthy's portfolio of 17 brands, which includes Shaquille O'Neal's Big Chicken.

"When you meet people who care as deeply about hospitality as you do, you know there's something meaningful cooking," Gregg Majewski, CEO and founder of Craveworthy Brands, said in a company press release. "We believe great operations are at the core of Craveworthy's success and when it comes to top-tier operators in this space, no one stands out more than Jon Taffer."

Majewski was named to the 2025 Fast Casual Top 25 Executives on Sunday at the Top 100 Gala in Chicago.

Craveworthy plans to continue scaling Taffer's Tavern's national footprint through a franchise program that emphasizes a hospitality-first approach, culinary innovation and operational ease, Majewski said.
