Crave making Cali debut

Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ, which features BBQ, hot dogs, brats and sausages as well as a self-serve beer wall and mixed drinks on tap, has entered the California market by signing agreements to open two brick-and-mortar locations in Sacramento and Auburn California as well as a food truck, according to a company press release.

The permanent locations will feature patios and games, while TVs will be available throughout the restaurants. Each store incorporates some local flare with artwork or items that are specific to that region.

Cynthia Campbell and Richard Walters are rolling out the Crave Food truck in the Simi Valley Area.

Crave has locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee and more coming soon.

Crave was No. 20 on this year's list of Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers.
