Cowboy Chicken opens first drive-thru unit

The new Cowboy Chicken location in Forney, Texas, will celebrate its grand opening this month with one customer winning free chicken for a year, according to a company press release.

Aaron "Moose" Darcangelo, a 2-year veteran of Cowboy Chicken, is general manager of the new restaurant that’s open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. It features a dining room with seating for 85, a patio, the first drive-thru for the Cowboy Chicken brand, as well as catering, delivery and take-out.

"We are excited to introduce the Forney community to come try our signature wood fired chicken," said Robert Andersen, president, Vesta Restaurant Group, Cowboy Chicken franchisee. "We encourage guests to try our new drive-thru during the busy holiday season for the perfect lunch or dinner on the go."
