Cowboy Chicken — Wood Fire Rotisserie has brought its holiday Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey for a limited time. Just the way the wood-fire rotisserie chicken is cooked, whole turkeys are seasoned and cooked over the same wood fire, bringing the best of the season to holiday dinner tables, according to a company press release.
This year, Cowboy Chicken is offering a Wood-Fire Rotisserie Turkey Holiday Package, which feeds between eight to 10 guests and features a 10 to 12 pound turkey, Twice Baked Potaters, a Wild West side, Country Style Stuffing, 12 dinner rolls and Southern Blackberry Cobbler for $84.95. Guests may order their package at any Cowboy Chicken location between now and Dec. 31.
"Our Wood Fire Rotisserie Turkey offers the perfect flavor and taste of the season and paired with our seasonal Southern Blackberry Cobbler makes every November and December special for our guests," said Sean Kennedy, president of Cowboy Chicken. "By using our proprietary Cowboy seasoning, and cooking over a wood burning fire, you get layers of flavor."
Along with the return of its seasonal turkeys, the chain has also brought back Southern Blackberry Cobbler and has introduced Southern Blackberry Tea. Cowboy Chicken's new Southern Blackberry Tea is available at all Cowboy Chicken locations for a limited time and is freshly brewed from black tea leaves infused with blackberries. The new Southern Blackberry Tea is also offered in a portable gallon container for $4.99, Kennedy said.
