Cousins Subs has relocated its Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, restaurant to the site of a former Genghis Khan at 725 N. Mayfair Road.
"Cousins Subs first opened on Mayfair Road in 1987 to provide deli fresh and grilled to order subs to brand enthusiasts in the area," Joe Ferguson, VP of development, said in a company releasea. "After serving the community for 30 years, we're thrilled to make it better for our guests by relocating the restaurant to offer the same great product in even more convenient ways."
The 2,500 square-foot stand-alone Cousins Subs location, developed by EVO Development, features the company's rebranding elements — natural wood, stone and metal accents — décor that promotes the brand's cuisine philosophy, history and commitment to the community through its Make It Better Foundation, new logo and digital menu boards with dynamic pricing. It also features a drive-thru. seats 46 guests, and offers catering, curbside pickup and delivery.
The previous location was at 853 N. Mayfair Road #1129.
Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs has nearly 100 shops in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.
