Cousins Maine Lobster co-Founders Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac have made three leadership changes in support of expansion plans. Shaun Higgins, who joined Cousins Maine Lobster in 2014 as head of Franchise Development, will serve as president; Marion Thomas, is now SVP of Marketing and Lindsay Herberger, formerly with Wendy's, is director of Franchise Development.

"Shaun has been an integral part of our CML family and leadership team from the signing of our very first franchisee," Lomac said in a company press release. He has selflessly led the brand through years of sustained growth and demonstrates the passion and tenacity that will lead us through our continued expansion. We are appreciative of his partnership, and we are so excited for him as he takes on this expanded role."

Over the past 15 months, CML, which has 65 locations, has opened 22 units, and the company has over 20 openings planned for 2024.
