Costa Vida testing full-service, drive-thru unit in Idaho

Costa Vida, a 95-unit casual chain known for its fast casual Mexican cuisine, opened a full-service and drive-through location today in Eagle, Idaho, according to a company press release.

"We're thrilled to be joining the Eagle community as a fresh and unique option for delicious Mexican food prepared from scratch," Board member Denny Wagstaff, said in the release. "We know our customers love our freshly made tortillas, and our high-quality, all-natural ingredients. We can’t wait to become a part of the neighborhood and to offer the handcrafted menu items our restaurants are known for."
