Costa Vida will break into the Seattle metropolitan market when it opens a new restaurant at 1900 S. Commons, Suite A in Federal Way on Nov. 17.

Costa Vida will break into the Seattle metropolitan market when it opens a new restaurant at 1900 S. Commons, Suite A in Federal Way on Nov. 17.

The restaurant will be awarding the first 50 people in line at 10:30 a.m. with free Costa Vida once a week for an entire year, and the next 50 people with free Costa Vida once a month for an entire year. Everyone else in line on opening day will receive a free meal.

The owners are Robert Trent and Vaughn Wright.
