SALT LAKE CITY — Costa Vida has announced the hiring of executive chef David Prows, a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Fellow of the American Academy of Chefs.
Prows will work to create a menu that includes all-natural, gluten-free ingredients and items showcasing the flavors of the Baja peninsula.
Chef Prows also recently served as chairman of the ACF Western Region Convention.
