Costa Vida hires executive chef David Prows

SALT LAKE CITY — Costa Vida has announced the hiring of executive chef David Prows, a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Fellow of the American Academy of Chefs.

Prows will work to create a menu that includes all-natural, gluten-free ingredients and items showcasing the flavors of the Baja peninsula.

Prows' experience includes serving as executive chef at Gastronomy, Salt Lake Brewing Company, Delta Center and Little America Hotel.

Chef Prows also recently served as chairman of the ACF Western Region Convention.
