Costa Vida expands Nevada footprint

Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is expanding its footprint in Nevada with the opening of its newest location at 2955 N. McCarren Road, Suite 101 in Sparks on Nov. 10.

The new Costa Vida location will be the second opening in the Reno area by owner Gary Moore, and the first Costa Vida in Sparks.

The restaurant will be awarding the first 200 people in line with free food.

"We’re excited to introduce the Sparks area to the fresh bold flavors of our menu. With unique food pairings and flavor profiles, Costa Vida is unlike any of the Mexican food options in the area," Moore said in a news release. "We’ve recognized the need for quality, better-for-you Mexican cuisine in the area and invite the local community to escape to Costa Vida to enjoy that freshly prepared, authentic Mexican cuisine that they’ve been craving."
