Costa Vida exec. chef receives AFC award

SALT LAKE CITY — Costa Vida's executive chef, David Prows, was recently honored with a President's Medallion from the American Culinary Federation for his service to the organization and the culinary profession.
Prows was awarded this honor as a result of his work as chairman of the American Culinary Federation Western Convention, Utah's largest culinary gathering.
