Costa Vida adds fish tacos to the menu

Costa Vidahas announced the addition of fresh-baked, made-to-order fish tacos to the chain's health-conscious menu options. Costa Vida's fish tacos consist of a baked filet, seasoned with honey, jalepeÃ±o and cilantro, served with a cool, avocado ranch sauce, along with crispy cabbage.

Costa Vida's menu is driven by executive chef Dave Prows.

"My inspiration when crafting this new menu item was to make something different from any other fish taco," Prows said. "I wanted to make Costa Vida's the best way possible, which takes a little more effort, but it's good for you, so it's worth it."

Costa Vida has 23 locations across the United States.
