Così Inc. has announced that it’s franchisee, Fast Casual S.A., has opened its first Così restaurant location in Costa Rica at the Multiplaza Mall in Escazu.
"We are excited to be working with the Fast Casual team as they bring this great brand to the people of Costa Rica," said CEO Carin Stutz. This location is the first of five locations Fast Casual S.A. has agreed to open in Costa Rica.
Fast Casual S.A. partners include: Luis Diego Escalante, former ambassador to the United States for Costa Rica; Gonzalo Soffia, long-time owner and operator of a number of fine dining restaurants in Costa Rica; and Steve Aronson, founder of Britt Coffee, a brand recognized throughout Latin America.
"We are thrilled to be able to bring the Così brand to the people of Costa Rica where they can experience our fresh baked signature flatbread and Squagels from the hearth oven along with the rest of Così's fresh and unique menu offerings," Luis Diego Escalante said.
