Cosi director sells shares

Associated Press: William D. Forrest, a director of sandwich fast-casual chain Cosi Inc., sold 25,000 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing

Forrest reported he sold the shares Wednesday for between $5.53 to $5.75 apiece.
