After testing two meatless menu items — Beyond Meatball Panini and Beyond Meatball Linguine — in five Los Angeles restaurants, Corner Bakery is adding them to all locations.
Made from Beyond Beef's plant-based ingredients without GMOs, soy or gluten, the meatballs have the texture of traditional meatballs, Donna Josephson, Corner Bakery senior vice president and chief marketing officer, said in a company press release.
"We are very excited to serve delicious, craft-made menu items to our guests that are looking for an approachable, nutritious, craveable plant-based protein option, she said. "By offering a Beyond Beef meatball that is full of flavor with simple, plant-based ingredients in two of our dishes, we are enhancing our guests' experience and ensuring we meet the needs of everyone who walks through our doors."
Guests may get 50% off either Beyond Meatball entree through Sept. 27
