The latest Corner Bakery Cafe will open in North Brunswick, New Jersey on Dec. 8 in The Shoppes at North Brunswick, 787 Shoppes Blvd.
The North Brunswick cafe marks the second of 20 locations that local operating partner Andy Race and President and CEO Nirav Mehta of Yum & Chill Restaurant Group NJ plan to open in Central and Northern New Jersey over the next seven years. The Warren-based team opened their first location in South Plainfield in August.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to serve more guests in New Jersey with our new cafe in North Brunswick,” said Race, Vice President of Operations for Yum & Chill. “Corner Bakery Cafe offers guests a pleasant dining experience with an extensive, customizable menu at an affordable price.”
To mark the opening, the location will be giving away travel mugs with free daily refills for a year to the first 100 guests through the doors at 8 a.m. Four winners will be selected to receive free grilled panini for a year, and four will receive catering for up to 10 people. The cafe will also accept donations for North Brunswick High School PTSO, Parsons Elementary PTO and Livingston Park Elementary PTO from Dec. 8 – 14.
Corner Bakery Cafe in North Brunswick is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
